Vegetarian in Paradise web site has great, well-presented information. They have compiled some warnings about some products that contain ingredients that do not appear to be meat or fish products, but are. When you get to this site hit the News from the Nest on the left. They have an article about Tropicana juices that contain carmine (crushed insects) for coloring, Frito Lay products that contain animal products and Burger King Veggie Burgers that are not totally vegetarian.
